IKEA is looking for a Warehouse Co-worker at their Richmond, BC location. This role involves handling shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage
Unload and manage inbound/outbound merchandise
Secure merchandise for safe movement
Verify received articles against paperwork
Document and remove damaged merchandise
Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
Maintain safety and security in work areas
Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older (IKEA safety requirement)
Comfortable with standing, lifting, and walking for long periods
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Team player but can work independently
Experience in warehouse/logistics is a plus but not required
Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $21.40 per hour
