VIA Rail Canada, a leader in passenger transportation, is hiring Passenger Car Cleaners (General Workers) at our Montreal Maintenance Center in Pointe St-Charles. Be a part of the future of sustainable mobility in Canada!

Key Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior of passenger railway cars.
Vacuum and wash carpets, wipe tables and chairs, clean windows.
Change seat direction and clean washrooms.
Drain and fill potable water reservoirs.
Drain wastewater retention reservoirs.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma (Professional/Technical diploma in Mechanics, Tinning, Pipe Fitting, or Welding is an asset).
At least one year of cleaning experience.
Flexibility to work day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23kg) and meet physical job requirements.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Ability to attend training and receive instructions in French.
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $32.39/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week (including evening, night, and weekend shifts).
