Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with all customers
Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
Accurately scan or enter product data at checkout
Handle cash, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum transactions
Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
Ensure proper documentation for returns and purchases
Maintain designated merchandise areas (e.g., facing, signing, labeling)
Follow loss prevention standards and control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
Uphold health and safety regulations and store policies
