Westlake Careers is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Packers. In this role, you will contribute to efficient production by packing vinyl products according to customer specifications, ensuring quality control, and preparing shipments for transportation.

Must be able to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Pack vinyl products from extrusion/injection lines per specifications.
Identify, remove, and report defective products.
Prepare packaging for shipment, including pre-gluing boxes, securing end caps, and ensuring proper closure.
Maintain accurate piece counts and stack completed cartons correctly.
Keep the work area clean and follow workplace safety guidelines.
Monitor cartons and end caps for correct size and report discrepancies.
Participate in mid and year-end inventory counts if required.
Comply with all company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
